  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. superfine sugar
  • 3 1/4 c. cake flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate or mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. raspberry or blackberry preserves

    In a food processor, combine butter, cream cheese and superfine sugar.

    Process until well blended.

    Add cake flour and salt.

    Process until dough forms a ball around the blades.

    Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate 1 hour until firm.

    Heat oven to 350°.

    In a small bowl, combine walnuts, chocolate, sugar and cinnamon.
