- 8 eggs, separated
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 c. milk
- 6 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1 qt. bought eggnog (optional)
Directions

1Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.

2Add egg yolks; beat well.

3Gradually add sugar; mix well.

4Add milk and flavoring; mix well.

5Fold Cool Whip into eggnog.

6Sprinkle with nutmeg.

7Add quart eggnog (optional).

8Cut ice cream in half.

9Place in punch bowl.

10Pour eggnog mixture over ice cream and serve.

11Yields 24 to 30 cups.
