  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo (Parkay or butter)
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 egg (beat egg before adding)
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Saute onion, pepper and flour in butter.

    Add other ingredients and heat.

    Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes (longer if necessary).
