- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. mandarin juice
- 1 Tbsp. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Beat all ingredients together over moderate to high heat until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.

2Continue beating over low heat for 2 minutes until mixture looks translucent.

3This cream filling can be used as a cake frosting, dessert crepe filling or sweet spread for scones and biscuits.
