Cream Pear Pie

  • 1 Double Pie Crust
  • 5 Bartlet pears thinly sliced
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 package of vanilla pudding pie
  • 1/2 C of Sugar
  • 1 egg mixed with a bit of milk to glaze

Directions

    1.- Preheat oven at 350°F

    2.- Place 1 pie crust in 9-inch pie shell and prick with a fork

    3.- Fill with unmade pudding mix and sliced pears on top.

    4.- Slice butter and put on top of the pears.
  5. 5
    5.- Sprinkle with sugar.

    6.- Top with the other crust and make a couple of incisions on top

    7.- Glaze with mixture of egg and milk

    8.- Bake for 40-45 min. until pears are tneder and crust is golden
