- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Combine sugar and sour cream in pan.

2Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sugars are dissolved.

3Cook until medium soft ball forms when tried in water.

4Remove from heat, add vanilla and nuts.

5Stir until a light sugar coating begins to form on nuts.

6Turn out on wax paper.

7Separate nuts by hand as you put on the wax paper.

8Let cool.
