Ingredients
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. finely grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 1/2 c. tuna, shrimp, chicken or ham salad
Directions

1Place margarine and water in saucepan.

2Heat over high heat until margarine is melted.

3Turn heat to low.

4Add flour and salt all at once, stirring vigorously with spoon until mixture forms a ball.

5Remove from heat.

6Quickly beat in 1 egg and cheese until mixture is smooth.

7Add second egg and beat well.

8Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet.

9Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes; cool.

10Cut each puff in half, fill with heaping teaspoon of salad filling.

11Makes about 45 puffs.
