- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Heat margarine and water to rapid boil; stir in flour vigorously over low heat.

2Mix until it forms a ball, about 1 minute.

3Remove from heat; beat in eggs until smooth.

4Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.

5Bake until puffed and golden brown. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 400° oven.

6Cool away from draft.

7Cut off tops, remove any dough and fill with pudding and dust with confectioners sugar.
