- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 2 eggs
- dash of salt
Directions

1Melt butter in boiling water.

2Add flour and salt all at once until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.

3Remove from heat and cool slightly.

4Add eggs 1 at a time, beating until smooth after each addition.

5Drop dough by tablespoons 3-inches apart on greased baking sheet.

6Bake in hot oven at 450° for 15 minutes, then at 325° for 25 minutes; cool.

7Cut off tops and fill with creamed tuna for luncheon or ice cream with chocolate topping or cream pie filling for dessert.

8Makes 6 puffs.
