- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 8 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Heat water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir sifted flour into water and butter.

3Stir until mixture forms a ball.

4Remove from heat.

5Beat in eggs, one at a time.

6Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet into mounds 3-inches apart.

7Bake 45 to 50 minutes.

8Cool.
