- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Set oven to 425°.

2Place water and butter into pan.

3Heat to a rolling boil.

4Add the flour all at once and stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves pan and forms a ball (about 1 minute).

5Remove from heat.

6Add 1 egg at a time and beat in thoroughly until mixture is smooth and glossy.

7Drop from tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet, 3 to 4-inches apart.

8Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and dry.

9Let cool slowly on rack, away from drafts.
