- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in saucepan.

3Stir in flour.

4Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball (about 1 minute).

5Remove from heat; beat in eggs thoroughly, one at a time.

6Beat until smooth.

7Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet.

8Bake 25 or 30 minutes, until golden brown.

9Allow to cool slowly away from draft.

10Cut off tops with sharp knife.

11Scoop out soft dough.

12Fill with cream or vanilla pudding.
