  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. boiling water

Directions

    Heat water and butter to a boil.

    Stir in flour.

    Stir over low heat until mixture forms soft ball.

    Cool slightly.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Beat after each egg is added.

    Drop onto greased cookie sheet.

    Bake in hot oven at 450° for 15 minutes.

    Fill with pudding or whipped cream.
