- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 4 large eggs
Directions

1In medium saucepan, place water, oleo and salt.

2Bring to a boil.

3Remove from heat.

4Stir in flour all at once; beat well until mixture leaves the sides of the pan.

5Cool for 1 minute, add eggs one at a time, beating well.

6Mixture should be smooth and glossy.

7Make 1 1/2-inch mounds on greased baking sheet, 2 inches apart.

8Bake 15 minutes at 450°.

9Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking 30 minutes or until shells are golden brown.

10Make a slit in side, cool and fill with filling.
