- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 whole eggs
Directions

1Mix instant pudding according to directions on package.

2Set aside.

3Melt 1/4 cup butter or margarine in 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir in 1/2 cup flour.

4Continue cooking and stirring until dough forms a solid ball when spoon is scraped around side of pan, about 1 minute.

5Cool.

6Beat 2 whole eggs, one at a time, into mixture. Beat until smooth.

7Heap well rounded spoonfuls of dough 1-inch apart and baking sheet.

8Bake in hot oven (400°) for 30 minutes or until golden brown and dry.

9Cool.

10Cut puffs in half (not all the way through) and fill with pudding.
