- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Using a saucepan, bring water to a boil.

2Melt margarine in water.

3Add flour, all at once.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir (with wooden spoon) until water, margarine and flour form a big ball in center of pan.

6Eggs are added next, one at a time.

7Beat 1 egg immediately, until mixture becomes thick and stiff and all 4 eggs have been used.

8Be certain the mixture is very stiff after the addition of each egg.
