- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- bananas
Directions

1Combine water and margarine in saucepan.

2Heat over medium heat and bring to rolling boil.

3Remove from heat and add flour; heat and stir until mixture forms a ball.

4Turn mixture into a bowl and beat 1 minute to cool.

5Add eggs and beat 4 minutes. Drop dough by tablespoons 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

6Bake 20 minutes at 425°.

7Turn oven down to 375° and bake 15 minutes more. Turn off heat.

8Make small slits in sides and return to oven 10 minutes, leaving door ajar.

9Fill with bananas and whipping cream or yogurt.
