- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Bring water and butter or margarine to a boil.

2All at once, pour in flour, stirring rapidly.

3Cook until thickens and leaves side of pan.

4Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition until mixture looks satiny.

5Drop 1 teaspoon of mixture one-inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450° until they brown a little.
