  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (9 oz.) large Cool Whip
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Boil water and margarine.
  3. 3
    Turn heat to low and add flour.
  4. 4
    Stir vigorously until mixture turns inward, away from sides of pan.

    Cool 1 minute.

    Put in bowl and add eggs, one at a time, beating vigorously by hand after each addition. Drop from teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
