Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Place water, butter and salt in medium saucepan.

2Bring to a boil.

3Remove from heat.

4Stir in flour.

5Beat until mixture leaves sides of pan.

6Cool 1 minute.

7Add eggs, one at a time until mixture is smooth and glossy.

8Use pastry bag or cookie shooter and make 1 to 1 1/2-inch mounds, 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.

9Bake 15 minutes at 450°.

10Reduce heat to 350° and continue to bake for 30 minutes or until puffs are golden brown with dry rigid sides.

11Make slit in the side of each puff with a small knife.

12Cool. Fill with pudding, whipped cream or whatever you desire.
