- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs (unbeaten)
Directions

1Heat butter and water.

2When the mixture is boiling, add the flour all at once.

3Stir vigorously until the mixture no longer sticks to sides of pan.

4Remove from heat; cool slightly.

5Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

6Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a well-greased cookie sheet (2-inches apart). Bake in a very hot oven at 450° for 20 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 325° and bake 20 more minutes.

8Remove and cool.

9When ready to serve, slit top and fill with vanilla pudding.

10Serves 12.
