- 4 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Place butter and water in pan.

2Let come to a boil.

3Pour flour in all at once.

4Remove from heat.

5Add one egg at a time, smoothing after each egg.

6Grease a baking sheet; wipe off excess grease.

7Drop cooled batter on pan.

8Bake in hot oven at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 25 minutes.

9Cool on rack.

10Cut off tops and fill with favorite pudding; replace tops.

11Dust with powdered sugar.
