  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. flour

Directions

    Place butter and water in pan.

    Let come to a boil.

    Pour flour in all at once.

    Remove from heat.

    Add one egg at a time, smoothing after each egg.

    Grease a baking sheet; wipe off excess grease.

    Drop cooled batter on pan.

    Bake in hot oven at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Cool on rack.

    Cut off tops and fill with favorite pudding; replace tops.

    Dust with powdered sugar.
