- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- powdered sugar
- 1 box vanilla pudding (instant or cooked)
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Heat water and margarine to a rolling boil in saucepan.

3Stir in the flour, vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute.

4Remove from heat.

5Beat in eggs, all at once, beating until smooth.

6Drop by scant 1/4 cup 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake until puffed and golden, 40 minutes.

8Keep away from draft.

9Cool.

10Cut off tops; spoon out filaments of soft dough.

11Fill with pudding.

12Replace tops.

13Dust with powdered sugar.

14Refrigerate.
