Ingredients
- 1 c. water or milk
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Heat milk or water; add oleo.

2Let come to a rolling boil. Add the flour and salt to liquid.

3Stir over heat until it leaves the sides of pan and forms a ball.

4Remove from fire and let cool slightly.

5Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Put by spoonful on greased cookie sheet.

6Allow about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

7Bake at 400° for about 25 to 30 minutes. Test puffs by removing one from the cookie sheet and if it doesn't fall it is done.

8Cool.

9Cut off top and fill with favorite filling.
