- 1 12 cups water (liquid from cooking vegetables)
- 34 cup skim milk powder
- 1 12 tablespoons flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup chopped cooked meat or 14 cup poultry
- 12 cup chopped cooked celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped cooked onions
- 14 teaspoon thyme
Directions

1Place veggie water in sauce pan.

2Combine skim milk powder, flour and salt.

3Sprinkle mixture over the liquid.

4Beat until mixed and smooth.

5Cook on medium heat until mixture thickens.

6Add celery, onion, meat and thyme.

7Blend in blender and then strain through sieve to remove any remaining pieces of food.
