  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 1 c. chicken bouillon
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry sherry (optional)
  • 1 c. any vegetable (cooked broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, lima beans, corn, green beans or mixed vegetables)

    Put all ingredients into container.

    Cover.

    Press button 14 for 30 seconds.

    Stop motor and push down with spatula if necessary.

    Blend longer if smoother consistency is desired.

    Empty into saucepan and heat until hot, about 5 minutes.
