- 4 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened and in bits
- 2 Tbsp. snipped dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In large saucepan, blanche cabbage in boiling, salted water 3 minutes.

2Drain and refresh cabbage under cold, running water; drain well.

3In saucepan, saute onion in butter until it's soft; add cabbage and toss mixture well.

4Add cream cheese; cook over low heat, stirring until cheese is melted.

5Add dill, salt and pepper.

6Simmer 3 minutes.
