- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Boil cabbage in heavy pan with oil 15 minutes on medium heat on stove top; cabbage will be steamed down.

2Add milk, flour and cornmeal.

3Cover and cook on low heat 20 minutes or until thick. Salt and pepper to taste.

4Serve warm.
