  • 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 c. cooked peas, drained
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can condensed mushroom soup, cream of celery or cream of chicken
  • 1/2 c. milk

    Combine all ingredients except soup and milk.

    Pour soup and milk into a double boiler.

    Add chicken mixture.

    Blend together. Cover, heat and serve piping hot on toast wedges.
