Ingredients

  • 2 cod fish fillets
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 whisked egg whites
  • 12 pint white sauce
  • 75 g breadcrumbs

Directions

    Steam the fish for 15 minutes or until cooked.

    Flake into a saucepan and stir in the egg yolks.

    Mix in the white sauce.

    Leave to cool.

    Fold in the egg whites.

    Place in a baking dish and cover with breadcrumbs.

    Cook at 170c for 30 minutes or until the breadcrumbs have browned.
