- 2 cod fish fillets
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 whisked egg whites
- 12 pint white sauce
- 75 g breadcrumbs
Directions

1Steam the fish for 15 minutes or until cooked.

2Flake into a saucepan and stir in the egg yolks.

3Mix in the white sauce.

4Leave to cool.

5Fold in the egg whites.

6Place in a baking dish and cover with breadcrumbs.

7Cook at 170c for 30 minutes or until the breadcrumbs have browned.
