- 12 ears corn
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Cut corn from the cob and place in pan.

2Add margarine, sugar, salt and pepper.

3Simmer gently for 15 minutes.

4Add milk and flour mixture.

5Cook on medium-low heat for 30 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.

6If mixture becomes too thick, add additional milk or water.
