- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 14 cups corn
- 34 cup milk
- 14 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup or 1 teaspoon honey
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

2Add corn and cook 10 minutes.

3In small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of the milk with cornstarch to remove lumps.

4Stir remaining milk, agave and cornstarch mixture into pan.

5Reduce heat and simmer until thick, about 5 minutes.

6Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
