- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cut corn off cob to about 3/4 of the ear's depth.

2Remove remaining corn from cobs with a flat blade knife by scraping the cob.

3Yield approximately

45 cups corn.

5Stir in milk, salt, sugar and pepper until blended.

6Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and dot with butter.

7Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until corn is tender.
