- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Pick the young tender leaves, usually lighter color, preferably the 3 leaves that are about 1 inch or so in diameter. Wash thoroughly; let it drain.
