Creamed Corn Pudding

  • 1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine milk, eggs and butter and stir until smooth.

    Add to corn and mix thoroughly.

    Pour into casserole or baking dish and bake in moderate oven at 350° until thickened to desired consistency which is about 40 minutes.
