  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour (OPTIONAL)
  • 2/3 cup 1 or 0% milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (or more to taste)
