- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions

1Mix 1/4 cup of soup and water mixture with the rest of the ingredients.

2Make 16 meat balls.

3Roll in flour.

4Brown in shortening in skillet.

5Place meat balls in casserole and put into a 350° oven for 15 minutes.

6Pour off fat.

7Pour remaining soup mixture over meat balls and return to oven for 1/2 hour longer. Stir often.

8Serve with rice or noodles.
