Creamed Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions

    Mix 1/4 cup of soup and water mixture with the rest of the ingredients.

    Make 16 meat balls.

    Roll in flour.

    Brown in shortening in skillet.

    Place meat balls in casserole and put into a 350° oven for 15 minutes.

    Pour off fat.

    Pour remaining soup mixture over meat balls and return to oven for 1/2 hour longer. Stir often.

    Serve with rice or noodles.
