  • 1 whole pheasant (optional, chicken)
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1 c. celery
  • 4 cans cream of celery soup
  • 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. milk

    Parboil pheasant.

    Combine onion, mushrooms and celery with milk.

    Mix in soups and desired chunks of pheasant.
