  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • 6 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Peel, slice and boil potatoes until done.

    Beat with margarine, softened cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic salt.

    Top with Cheddar cheese and bake at 350° until melted (15 to 20 minutes).
