  • 4 -6 large potatoes (I prefer Yukon Gold Potatoes)
  • 3/4 cup salted butter
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions

    Peel & Slice Potatoes into large pot. Cover with water.

    Cook until potatoes are very soft.

    Drain potatoes (do not rinse).
  4. 4
    Put all ingredients into large mixing bowl (while potatoes are still hot).

    Beat until creamy.
