Creamed Spinach

  • 4 bags Frozen Chopped Spinach (TJ Organic)
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 6 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Flour
  • Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions

    Saute onions and garlic in 2 TB butter and 3 TB olive oil for a few minutes and season with salt and pepper.

    Add frozen spinach drained and saute for a few minutes

    Mix cream and butter over low heat until butter melts in separate pan
  4. 4
    Mix flour into milk and slowly pour into cream mixture and stir until it thickens

    Add Parmesan to milk mixture
