Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. creamer
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. marshmallow cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Blend creamer and hot water in 2-quart saucepan and add butter, sugar and salt.

    Heat to boiling (start timing when mixture starts to bubble around pan edges).

    Cook 6 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat and add marshmallow cream, chocolate pieces and vanilla.

    Stir vigorously 1 minute.

    Pour into buttered 8 x 10-inch pan.

    Cool in refrigerator and cut into squares.
