- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1 egg

- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp.

2vanilla in a bowl until fluffy.

3Add flour gradually until mixture forms soft dough.

4Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie pan.

5Cream 1/4 cup sugar and cream cheese in a bowl until fluffy.

6Add egg and 1/2 tsp.

8Spread over crust.

9Combine apples, cinnamon and 2/3 cup sugar in a bowl; mix well.

10Spoon over cream cheese layer.

14Bake at 400F for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350F and bake for 30 minutes.
