Creamy Cheese Cake

- 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 tsp. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- Comstock pie filling
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Grease or butter 9 to 10-inch spring-form pan.

3Line the pan with graham cracker crumbs, very lightly, just enough to coat pan.

4Mix first four ingredients until well blended.

5Then add next three ingredients.

6Mix well and pour into pan.

7Bake one hour at 375° or until knife in center of cake comes out clean.

8Turn oven off and let it stay in oven for 1 hour. (Leave door of oven open.)

9Cool and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours. Add pie filling to top of cake at anytime.

10Comstock cherry, blueberry or pineapple can be used as topping.
