- 2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust
- Cheesecake Topping (recipe follows)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

3Beat cream cheese slightly.

4Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel; beat until light and fluffy.

5Pour into crust.

6Bake until firm, about 25 minutes.

7Spread Cheesecake Topping carefully over pie; cool. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
