  • 1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated

  • 2 tablespoons water cold

  • 2 cups chicken cooked, diced
  • 1 each scallions, spring or green onions bunch, chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups light cream (half&half)
  • 1 cup swiss cheese grated

    Use all the ingredients to make a 10 inch pie crust.

    Bake 5 minutes at 400F (200C).

    Saute mushrooms in butter.

    Saute five minutes.
