  • garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 20 oz. pkg frozen corn
  • 1 c. frozen diced hash brown potatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • sweet red pepper and green pepper, diced
  • 14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
  • 14 3/4 oz. can creamed corn
  • 1 c. milk

    Heat oil in a dutch oven. Add garlic, onion and peppers. Cook for 1 minute. Add corn, potatoes and broth. Bring to a boil.
