- 1 1/3 c. canned whole kernel corn
- 1 1/3 c. canned cream-style corn
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Stir corns and butter in deep 2-quart baking dish.

3Fold in sour cream and eggs; add corn muffin mix and blend well.

4Bake until center of spoon bread is set approximately 1 hour.

5Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

6Serve hot.
