- 4 avocados, halved, seeded and scooped from skin
- 12 medium onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt (I prefer sea salt)
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions

1Cut avocados in half, removing seed and scooping insides into a bowl.

2Lightly mash with a fork, leaving small chunks.

3Add remaining ingredients, gently folding in, but mixing well.

4Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
