Ingredients

  • 4 avocados, halved, seeded and scooped from skin
  • 12 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 12 teaspoon salt (I prefer sea salt)
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    Cut avocados in half, removing seed and scooping insides into a bowl.

    Lightly mash with a fork, leaving small chunks.

    Add remaining ingredients, gently folding in, but mixing well.

    Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
