  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. Crisco
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. powdered sugar

Directions

    Cream Crisco, margarine, salt and granulated sugar.

    Combine flour and milk.

    Cook mixture to a paste, stirring constantly. Cool until lukewarm.

    Add paste to creamed shortening.

    Fold in powdered sugar to desired consistency.
